Cadastral Data Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

Last Updated: September 2026 | Aligned with Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act

1. Sensitive Land Record Confidentiality

Land ownership records, Kewala sale deeds, Khatiyan copies, and family genealogical trees (Vanshavali) contain high-stakes personal and financial information. LandAmin treats all customer property documents as strictly confidential.

Uploaded deeds are stored in a private cryptographic vault with non-guessable storage identifiers. Access is restricted exclusively to the verified property owner and the certified field Amin assigned to the specific matter.

2. Zero-PII Telemetry & Analytics Minimization

Our web platform enforces automated privacy filtering before any telemetry event is recorded:

  • Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and WhatsApp contacts are completely stripped from analytics payloads.
  • Cadastral identifiers (Khesra numbers, Khata numbers, and Mauza names) are never transmitted to third-party ad networks or tracking scripts.
  • Server logs pass through a confidential log scrubber that automatically masks 12-digit Aadhaar numbers and PAN card formats.

3. Data Retention Standards

In alignment with the Indian Limitation Act 1963 for property contracts, active matter files and ground-truth survey traverse records are securely retained for 7 years from the date of final report delivery. Unqualified web leads and preliminary inquiries are automatically purged after 90 days.
