Cadastral land measurement and due diligence assignments are initiated upon formal booking confirmation and payment of the required mobilization advance. Standard field jobs require a 50% mobilization deposit to cover Total Station calibration, transport logistics from the Deoghar or Banka operating hub, and certified surveyor deployment.
The client is responsible for ensuring peaceful physical access to the subject parcel on the scheduled survey date. For boundary demarcation involving adjoining neighbors, the client is strongly advised to notify contiguous plot owners in advance to ensure transparent and witnessable measurement.
In the event of an active physical law-and-order dispute or immediate physical threat on site, the field Amin is instructed to immediately halt operations and report to the local Police Station / Circle Office. In such circumstances, survey coordination will be rescheduled in consultation with local authorities.
Bookings may be rescheduled at no additional charge up to 24 hours prior to the allocated time window. In the event of adverse weather conditions (heavy monsoon inundation preventing optical laser line-of-sight), LandAmin will automatically reschedule to the next available dry date at no penalty. Full cancellations requested before surveyor departure are eligible for advance refund minus actual incurred administrative search costs.
